Sourced Vintage Returns Policy.

We will happily provide a return in the form of a store credit. Returns are available up to 3 days after the item has been received and will be accepted if the item doesn’t match the description or appearance on the site. If you wish to enquire about the condition of a specific item prior to purchasing please contact us via email. Please note we do not offer money back refunds so please choose carefully. 

Why are there holes, stains & imperfections?

Be aware that you are buying vintage when purchasing from our store. All our clothes are internationally handpicked, one-off second hand pieces and will have signs of wear and tear such as holes, stains and imperfections. We suggest you check the photo carefully prior to purchasing. 

How do I process an return?

If you are unhappy with an item please send us photos and a description of what is wrong. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving a package. Once a return is accepted the item must be sent back to our store (99 Darby st. Cooks Hill NSW 2300) within 3 business days. Tracking details must be provided. We will not accept returns out of the time frame.


Sourced will not be held liable for the loss or misplacement of packages being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
